Inspired by the ancient philosophers who believed that all matter is composed of four elements — fire, air, earth and water — V Elemento challenged four chefs to interpret each element through a signature dish, paired with a fifth element: Quinta do Gradil wine.

Set among vineyards and historic architecture, the event became a sensory journey where gastronomy, wine and philosophy converged.
