Created as part of the celebrations of Lisboa Capital Verde Europeia, this film highlights the city’s commitment to sustainability and quality of life. The story follows the creation of a Portuguese flag made from reused materials, mainly plastic recovered from the ocean, which was raised at Parque Eduardo VII.
